The beds in our room were awful. They also had no options for sleeping arrangements of two teenagers. They expected me to put them in the same bed. So if traveling with 2 teens that should NOT be sleeping together this location demands a second room.

Loud. There was a wedding reception in the lobby lasting until midnight. We couldn’t sleep. We had a very dark, gloomy room. Air conditioning was cranked up in the hallways.

Room was so noisy we could not sleep well. There's an open arra near restaurant with open yet enclosed dorm that echoes all sounds like a indoor swimming pool, and people talking at late night echoed into the room throughout.

This booking was a joke. Never again shall I use your website or Marriot chain. I am a hilton spoiled client and this time my cousin selected a hotel. After arriving I requested a quiet room on a higher floor, after going through all the availability Martin, front desk person gave me a room facing court yard, where prom celebration was happening till 11 pm. Not only that additional bed that was requested at check in at 5, was not delivered till 11 pm. My kid was not able to sleep that night. After requesting a different room, my request was denied. We had an email confirmation that breakfast was .20 per person and we were denied breakfast. Hotel asked for 18 dollars per person. I spend an hour on the phone trying to figure this out, but was not able to get our breakfast for the duration of my stay. Had only 3 towels for the 4.person room. Horrible experience, rude staff. Helpless call center
