Positives: My stay was a good one. Location was convenient. My room was well equipped and very clean. I would definitely stay again.

Negatives: The hotel was exceptionally inviting and clean inside, especially my room. But, the outside was much less inviting. The outside entrance needs a good regular scrubbing/pressure washing and more care taken with the outdoor furniture.

Positives: The breakfast was delish - my sons and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was clean - the bathroom had some blood spots on the wall by the toilet. Yuck.

Negatives: The smell in the hallways was horrendous. Thankfully, it did not permeate into the rooms. But walking from lobby to room was not pleasant at all.
