The upgraded facility was exceptional. Breakfast was also above average with daily changes. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us so we didn't need to change rooms when we extended our stay.

We found ants in our room on the first night. We informed the front desk agent of what was happening. The ants were on the wall, on the floor, and also they were crawling on the bed covers. When we contacted the desk agent he was very accommodating, apologetic, and moved us immediately to another room. We didn't have any more problems with ants after that. The other issue that we have was that the maid did not clean our room in the four days that we were there. Now, we were asked after our first night (which we came in on Sunday night), so on Monday she asked if we wanted our room cleaned. We did not need our room cleaned then because we had gotten there very late that Sunday night. But by the third night we did need our room cleaned and I asked the maid if she could clean our room. She looked at her list and told me that our room 205 was not on her list for that day. So I told her that we really needed the room cleaned. She assured me that she was going to go and clean the room. We left out to do some sightseeing when we got back we found out the room had not been cleaned and the towels had not been changed out. Nothing was done in the room. We had to ask for towels or go get towels ourselves in order to have clean towels during our stay.
