Room had no towels and shower soap. Also, it had no cold water. impossible to taje a shower. Didn’t like that breakfast is not included in the price, like other hotels around the area where the breakfast is included. The coffee, we had to pay for, is not given as courtesy. Lastly, the front desk service was awful, specially the person in the morning. I called to tell him that the room had no cold water and he responded “What you want me to do?”
We have stayed in this hotel many times and I have seen that the service has gone down.
Also, the kitchenette had no silverware, plates, and cups.

Comfortable and spacious rooms and public areas. Good location near our favourite stores and not far from Washington DC. Good value for money.
Negatives:
Breakfast was good but there could have been more variety. The bedroom windows didn’t open so a lack of fresh air. None of the rooms had baths, just showers.

The dirty carpet, bad AC and the bad blinds or curtains. Once the sunrise we woke up because of the sun light on the edge of the curtains also there is no iron in the room and when we asked the stuff told us that all the iron in hilton hotel are taken by other people and we have to wait till someone leave so we can get one and till our check put we didn’t get one, there was a small clothes steamer that was broken and leaked and had to be refilled many times to finish a t-dhirt
