I love the location it’s great right off the highway you’re just a few minutes away from Alexandria.
Negatives:
The elevators are still slow and some are broken completely. I stayed in March of this year and the elevators were on its way out now it’s September and I came back and the elevators are still not working at full capacity. Please fix this issue!!!

The breakfast was good, but the pancakes were flat and complex. The staff member, Alba, was unfriendly and rude. She told us to go back to the front desk and figure out if we paid for breakfast because my husband booked the hotel for our kids and me, and I was not sure if he paid for breakfast. She also asked my 8-year-old sarcastically if she was drinking coffee because I told her that my 18-year-old was going to drink coffee.
Negatives:
The air conditioning was a little too cold for my liking, but I got used to it after a while. The front desk receptionist confirmed my reservation for a king-size bed, but she was wrong because I wanted two beds in the room, so she changed the room. When we got there, the room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke.
