The room was clean and comfortable; the staff friendly and courteous. The location was very convenient for what I needed and where I had to go.
Negatives:
The only negative I need to mention is that the stay did not include free breakfast. At the price of hotel rooms in general, I believe free breakfast should be provided.

Great staff, beautiful hotel for a 2.5 star. Cozy but elegant. Pool area was well kept. It has a nice little courtyard in the back.

Whirlpool was hot but did not bubble. There was a saltine cracker left on the floor in the room which we thought was funny but pretty weird and shows that the cleaners have to rush through the rooms so I wonder what else they missed

I enjoyed free coffee and tea in the morning. Our room had nice and new design and was clean.

A little far from Washington DC download. It took about 35 min going there.

Exactly as pictured, very manicured and clean.
Negatives:
Adriana, the manager, was very defensive and disrespectful towards me. I simply was asking for help with a refund and was practically told that it wasnt her problem. Especially with it already being a stressful and irritating situation having to go back and forth between the property and booking.com, I would expect some decorum.
