Great staff, beautiful hotel for a 2.5 star. Cozy but elegant. Pool area was well kept. It has a nice little courtyard in the back.
Negatives:
Whirlpool was hot but did not bubble. There was a saltine cracker left on the floor in the room which we thought was funny but pretty weird and shows that the cleaners have to rush through the rooms so I wonder what else they missed

I enjoyed free coffee and tea in the morning. Our room had nice and new design and was clean.

A little far from Washington DC download. It took about 35 min going there.

Exactly as pictured, very manicured and clean.

Adriana, the manager, was very defensive and disrespectful towards me. I simply was asking for help with a refund and was practically told that it wasnt her problem. Especially with it already being a stressful and irritating situation having to go back and forth between the property and booking.com, I would expect some decorum.

The room was comfortable and the hall was quiet. I liked the location for what we needed.
Negatives:
The first room we went in was a very strong mildew smell. I immediately went back to the desk and requested another room. The second room was better but there was still a smell. The whole floor had this humid, mildew smell.
