More communication regarding changing a mattress. Multiple people entered my room while I was showering without my knowledge. I had a radio playing and was clearly in the shower. It was very annoying.

The convenience of its location…the hotel is close to shoppes and only 10 minutes away from our venue. It also has a complimentary hot breakfast every morning which my children and I loved.

Filtered water dispenser in more central location in addition to, the workout room.
I don’t feel ice dispensing in room refrigerator is very sanitary.

The dispensers in the shower were not working effectively and I told front desk.
There were no luggage transports in the lobby for my whole stay. Very unusual. I was told it was stored by a client in the room- very bizarre and not available for use on 7.13-7.14.24.

Positives:
breakfast was great. Parking was great. Room was relatively quiet. Cleaning people were great. Breakfast staff were great.
Negatives:
too many dogs then bark all the time. I'd like to see bacon more often than once a week for breakfast. Would also like to see more fruit on the buffet.
