Very good
Positives:
The customer service was great at the front desk. Very quick and thorough and explained everything in detail. The room was nicer than I expected. The room was very clean, A/C worked great, and an overall good value.
Negatives:
Unfortunately the entrance/exit to the location was a little confusing but that’s not too big a deal. The outside of the hotel looked a little worn down and old, it could use an update. The walls are extremely thin; I could hear the people next door having a conversation when I woke up in the morning. The water pressure in the shower was pretty weak and the sink spout was short for the basin it was in. I wish breakfast was until 10am instead; unfortunately I missed breakfast because I’m not a morning person.

I did not stay there because they did not have a reservation.
Negatives:
I never stayed on the property because they could not find my reservation so we left while our money has been lost! We never took them back for our reservation that never happened.

The location is excellent if you are a tourist.
Negatives:
Rooms are not clean. There is a serious requirement of pest control procedures as we found small spiders in the bedding.
It was terrible night as we were worried of more insects presence. It was a bad experience staying with family.

CITCFC needs more parking, less lawn and much better outdoor lighting, for late-night arrivals - long walks from car to lobby are dark and feel unsafe.
