Positives: Nothing I didn't stay there.
Negatives: Website said they had smoking rooms, with a baloney. I even called the night before and asked. I was told the smoking rooms were taken,but we could smoke on the balcony. When I arrived I noticed there wasn't any balcony. There for I was told I'd be given a complete refund. So far I've been charged twice.

Negatives: Booking, how they cancel my reservation, after booking sending me an email stating that I couldnt cancel or get a refund, then booking cancelled my reservation, kept my money , and I had to pay another fee with hotel, so paid twice once to booking and then the actual hotel when I arrive Saturday June 24th

Negatives: Everything was outdated, some sort of bug was biting me all night, woke up to bits on face and ankles.
