I have the perfect stay every time i come.

I would give a 10 to this property but the housekeeping staff was horrible. Check out is 12pm, housekeeping came to our door at 10:10am. The DND sign was on the door but they still took it upon themselves to open the door. At 11:10am, once again they walked in on us in bed.

Pet friendly. Dogs kept us up ALL NIGHT the first night. (Thanksgiving night) at least put pet friendly rooms on a floor together away from people

I would recommend this for a short trip.

Wallpaper wasn't placed properly. Paint wasn't done properly. Microwave and refrigerator seemed like an afterthought! This place did NOT meet my expectations of a Hilton property.

Clean. Cheerful colors. Nicely laid out in lobby area.
The breakfast was good.
Asked for 2nd chair since we were a couple and the room did not have an additional seating area.
Evening manager (a young man) was very accommodating in getting it.
Negatives:
Appreciated that the room was designed to keep overhead low (no closet, open shelving without drawers, etc) but the room felt cluttered since everything was out.
Also , placing the area for hanging clothes over the microwave sitting on top of the mini-fridge meant some clothes could be literally touching the top of the microwave.
The toilets seemed to be set lower than average.
