Cancellation Policy

Good news! Before Wednesday, May 1st, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Wednesday, May 1st, 2024 at midnight and Thursday, May 2nd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Thursday, May 2nd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 2, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Risk-free booking! Cancel before 2024-05-01 and you'll pay nothing! Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).

Photo Policy

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card is required for any additional hotel specific service fees or incidental charges or fees that may be charged by the hotel to the customer at checkout. These #START_PHOTO#charges#END_PHOTO# may be mandatory (e.g., resort fees) or optional (parking, phone calls or minibar charges) and are not included in the room rate.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all indoor common areas. A damage deposit of USD 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
