Safe was rude af ! They charged me for washing my 7 month old baby up with there rag and leaving food stains on the rag ! They act like the wash clothes isn't supposed to get dirty and they need to wash it . They already had roaches climbing up the front desk .! Definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel tooo anybody

Negatives:
When checking in they told me I was downsize from a king to a queen without giving me any explanation. The shower did not work properly. I informed them nothing was done. This was my third time staying there my other two times were great experiences. Won’t be going back after the last timeIt

We did not find anything we enjoyed about this property during the time we were there.
Negatives:
There was urine in the toilet (we flushed), the room temperature was 57 degrees (temp was slow in reaching a higher temp), no second bath towel and TV would not work (no remote obtainable). Insufficient staff and resources to correct that last two items.

The little things. No garbage bag. No tissues. No cups. The pot machine ate three different peoples money no batteries in the remote control and we had to go to the front desk to get it fixed.

Had to leave the key when checking out on the front desk unattended. Waited around 5-10 mins for someone to come. There was a sign up though saying they were away at the moment.
