Very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, especially Angela.

There were no washcloths in either of our rooms. The elevator was broken during the Saturday morning hours of the stay. Both of my rooms were on the fourth floor. I chose not to go downstairs for coffee as I didn't want to walk back up to the top floor. Even after it was fixed, the elevator shuddered more than it should. I didn't feel safe riding in it

The price, the comfort, the clenliness and the staff at check in. What I didn't like, was that Booking.com charged me on line for most of the room cost, but never sent it to the hotel. I had to pay the full amount during check-in. I then had to call Booking.com, to explain the two charges and that I wanted the initial online booking charge to me reimbursed. I'm in the process of that, but cost me an hour of my time on the phone so far and a lot of headache for using booking.com to reserve my stay.
