Price was very reasonable given the amenities. The location was excellent being very close to an I-95 exit and the ideal distance from New York metropolitan area for my driving capacity. The beds, linens, bathroom and lighting were excellent. Check-out time was a very generous 12 noon!
Negatives:
The hotel is in the midst of updating the rooms and facilities. As a result a significant amount of the parking lot was not available. It was VERY difficult to park when I returned from dinner. I circled for quite awhile before a spot opened up. Although the room's furnishings were not new, they were in decent shape except for the desk chair which was threadbare and had been patched up with tape.

Poor cleanliness. There was only 1 luggage cart with a broken wheel. The parking lot was a construction zone. The breakfast was just adequate. Employees were smoking outside the front door. It was the same price as Hyatt Place which is far superior. This was not a good value for the price. We won't be staying there again.
