Traveling with a handicapped friend and was told when we got there not to use the.rear elevator because you might get stuck, came back from dinner and the front elevator was out of order so my handicapped friend had to climb 4 flights of stairs

When entering the building to check in the smell of mold or mildew was abundant Coffee was nasty at breakfast did not even try the food the pillow and pillowcase was dirty and stained which I did not notice my first night when I flipped over the pillow and saw the dirty stains I took the pillow out and noticed the pillow was dirty as well when laying in the bed the TV was not even at an eye level it was perched lower than normal View while in the bed and couldn't be moving it was just not enough cord and lastly the toilet had no strong flush it seemed to be low pressure.
I understand that there is a remodel happening but for the same price I expect the same type of standards that I have become accustomed to staying at a Holiday Inn Express so this was very disappointed and I know I have no recourse I feel money was lost for my two day stay.

Many areas of remodeling/repair, so refrigerator and microwave were sitting on floor, drapes were down , tub was cracked, shower walls needed work, doors were hard to open, railing in elevator was missing, wall in elevator was loose, tables in dining area were wobbly

The room looked unfinished apparently some updating was done but not completed. Furniture was missing there was no place to seat with the exception of an office chair. We’ve stayed here previously but this was the worst
