Prior to booking, I had made contact with the staff twice asking (the same) most common questions. I was told the swimming pool was open 9-9 each day and in season currently. Upon arrival, the facility was closed. In addition, the fridge nor the phone worked in the room. I addressed this to staff immediately & they truly seemed to not care or tend to the problem. At check-out, I mentioned it again. The fridge nor the phone was working!!
