- The room was very clean.
- The staff is very friendly and gave us the excellent recommendation to eat at spelunkers, across the street (the ice cream is wonderful).

The location was perfect for what we needed. The staff were very friendly. The room was nice and clean. To be honest, I was a little skeptical upon arrival when I saw the outside of the building. It looks dated, but the room was nice. I would stay again if in the area.
Negatives:
The bed (mattress) was kind of soft but still doable (I prefer a firm mattress).
Upon inspection of the room, I found a partially filled soda bottle in a drawer, but that was a minor thing.
