Unexpectedly huge room was nice. There's room to play ping pong even after pulling out the sofa bed. Beds were reasonably comfortable. Lots of outlets on the walls. Lamps with outlets and USB charge ports.

sticky front door, fairly small TV. Kitchen has cooktop, oven, microwave, and frig, but no cookware, no utensils, no paper towel in kitchen. no coffee maker.

Rooms were all not that clean. We stayed there 6 days and for my husband and I only 2 towels and w washcloths total. One small bar of soap and 1 roll of toilet tissue. We were shown 3 rooms and took the 3rd which was the best of the 3 and it was pretty bad too if thst tells you anything. Was a handicapped room and my husband had to literally take his shoulder and ram the door to open it !!
Had some brown stuff thst ran on the floor in the kitchen from fridge when we opened it ,someone did come clean it. We were told we'd get an extra day of housekeeping , never got one !!( read fine print yesterday and say t
You have to saty there 8 days to get housekeeping if you want it before,there is an additinal.fee!"we didn't use anything extra but you also paid for $12 for each set of kitchen supplies ,( too cook or eat with ) We DID not as didn't have wanted to.
Should have know when we arrived and the front desk person told us ,*if you don't like the room,I only have 2 more to show you !* we arrived late at night and been traveling all day from Florida is only reason we kept booking.com reservation

Front desk had roll down locked metal cover on it and you could never find anyone to help you. Usually had to stay there and call out and they'd come out from wall behind counter.
We used to live in this part of Virginia and we're disappointed at this place. Putting it mildly.
Person who said he'd give us extrahousekeeping also said he'd give us 6% discount, of course we didn't see either..He also told me if I booked an extra day I(7th),I'd get a better discpunt!! I looked af him and relied," you think I'm going to pay for.ANOTzhER day at this place ?' He kept apologizing and tried to vs nice,better than actual older woman spoke with whose solution was asking me if I wanted to check out !!We'd already paid at checking because of booking.com.

CLEANLINESS!!!!! The whole hotel was disgusting! There was an awful smell that would not go away. Both in the room and in the hallways. There was cockroaches everywhere! The floors were filthy and it seems like nothing has been wiped down since the place has been open. A short walk from the bathroom to the bed left my socks black. There was nicotine covering the walls and soap residue on the sink. I would have stayed somewhere else but there was no other rooms available anywhere else. I will NEVER stay here again and I recommend no one else does unless you want to leave with roaches.
