Negatives:
It was under construction. Wasn't told about the location going under renovation until at the location. ALOT of noise in the late evening.there was no shampoo or body wash

Pleasant
Positives:
Located conveniently near all Short Pump shopping. The room was very spacious with a small partition between the sofa bed area and beds. A large TV that could be positioned allowed for all areas of the room to watch TV. The refrigerator in the room was decent. All the staff were very friendly, including those we saw away from the desk. The breakfast was excellent for a continental breakfast. Many hot and cold options, and the coffee tasted great. Would definitely stay again.
Negatives:
As of 11/25/24, the hotel is undergoing renovations. One elevator was out of order and the other was sketchy, but we took it anyway to get all our stuff to the 5th floor. There were old decorations on the exit from the elevator that didn’t match the renovation decor. Signs on the elevator doors encouraged patrons to use the stairs instead of elevators (no fun if you have a lot to carry). The bathroom was TINY and we are not large people. The door barely cleared the toilet to close. The 7 foot ceilings made it feel even tighter in there. If arriving at night, the parking lot is a bit of a maze, but the parking is close to the entrance. This place will be nicer than at our stay once finished.

Decent Overnight Stop for Family...
Positives:
I was so disappointed. Absolutely a dumb. I'm a Hyatt member. By far the worst one.
Negatives:
This was my anniversary weekend celebration. After 1 hrs of freezing, tried to call front desk. Phone didn't work. maintenance man attempted to repair, actually made it worse. Had yo check out and get another room at Wingate

Positives:
Everyone is so nice and accommodating. Bed and pillows very comfortable. I slept well. Great location for my needs. Great breakfast.
Negatives:
They were in the middle of renovations and down to only one elevator which wasn’t ideal.

Pleasant and comfortable stay.
Positives:
Great Staff.
Negatives:
Under construction now, dust everywhere, noise at 7 am (construction), unfinished quality checks in construction work already done that I stayed in, elevators filthy. Tiny insects from new construction crawling around on walls, new furniture. Tile work in bathroom needs quality check since it's supposed to be new. Toilet seat top had scratches on it, some outlets didn't work on wall, really bad. Plumbing stopped up, backed up in bathtub. Never had a bad stay before, but, this time, was awful.

Would not stay again
Positives:
Tv was huge
Negatives:
It was on the construction, but don’t look like it could have been cleaned a lot better- bed was made messy - my friends room shower did not have water pressure

under construction
Positives:
New rooms are very nice. Breakfast and Lobby nice
Negatives:
Room was mostly nice..no Kleenex, toilet base and bathroom floor were dirty..shower door track, dirty.. bathroom vent full of dust. Coffee bar cups only had one clear cup. Only one elevator working and used by contractors. Towel rack in shower was rusty.. construction is always a work in progress and I was not upset with any of it..I think it will be awesome when done...would definitely stay again.

Keep remodeling
Positives:
The room had been newly renovated. The linens seemed yo be new as well.
Negatives:
The second sink had been removed over in the kitchenette area. A shelf with a coffee pot and mini fridge remained. There was a picture under the light over the shelf. The picture should have been over the desk, and a mirror should have been placed over the shelf so I could put my makeup on while my husband used the vanity. All that space wasted. AND all of the lighting needs to be less blue! People go stay in the room while you are making design choices.
