Hyatt Place Richmond/Innsbrook

Negatives: They were in the middle of renovations and down to only one elevator which wasn’t ideal.

Negatives: Under construction now, dust everywhere, noise at 7 am (construction), unfinished quality checks in construction work already done that I stayed in, elevators filthy. Tiny insects from new construction crawling around on walls, new furniture. Tile work in bathroom needs quality check since it's supposed to be new. Toilet seat top had scratches on it, some outlets didn't work on wall, really bad. Plumbing stopped up, backed up in bathtub. Never had a bad stay before, but, this time, was awful.

Negatives: It was on the construction, but don’t look like it could have been cleaned a lot better- bed was made messy - my friends room shower did not have water pressure

Negatives: Room was mostly nice..no Kleenex, toilet base and bathroom floor were dirty..shower door track, dirty.. bathroom vent full of dust. Coffee bar cups only had one clear cup. Only one elevator working and used by contractors. Towel rack in shower was rusty.. construction is always a work in progress and I was not upset with any of it..I think it will be awesome when done...would definitely stay again.

Negatives: The second sink had been removed over in the kitchenette area. A shelf with a coffee pot and mini fridge remained. There was a picture under the light over the shelf. The picture should have been over the desk, and a mirror should have been placed over the shelf so I could put my makeup on while my husband used the vanity. All that space wasted. AND all of the lighting needs to be less blue! People go stay in the room while you are making design choices.

Negatives: Breakfast area had a foul odor. Water pressure was low. The telephone wasn't connected. Hair or mold in refrigerator. Water was ice cold and had to switch rooms. Second room wasnt cleaned very well. There was pubic hair everywhere in shower and on towels. Desk attend had an attitude when we complained. Booking .com over charged us for this horrible hotel. Elevators worked sometimes. Dirty blanket in Elevator. There is construction going on at the property.I don't recommend this place to anyone!

Negatives: The worst hotel I ever has stayed in. The hotel is undergoing a renovation. Noisy , onely one elevator in use, no cleaning of the room , no new towels, Closed pool , the elevator realy dirty no cleaning , dirty room with greace spots on the table.

Negatives: The rooms were old looking and very out dated . There was a slight mold smell in my room and the elevators were old looking and dirty ( coffee spills). Didn't like the set up of the room, mattress was lumpy. I had a view of the wall
