Myself and several of my family members were in town for a celebration of life/funeral.
My issue with the room was, at the window sill/air conditioner, there appeared to be "semen stains /droppings on the top of the air conditioner unit....You needed to "stand at an angle" to actually see them....
Obviously, whomever was ASSIGNED TO CLEAN room #236 DID NOT wipe off/wipe down that window, window sill, nor wipe down the top n sides of the air conditioning unit....
I was QUITE DISAPPOINTED!
I informed the front desk staff person of my concerns....
I will wait to see the results of YOUR findings....

Room was not ready when I arrived around 10pm. Room was dirty and gross and humid and smelled like moisture. Floors were not clean. Shower had a gross shower mat hanging over the side that I didn't want to use but the shower was slippery and unfortunately I fell and bruised my back.
