Positives:
The hotel was very clean and smelled so refreshing. I'm so glad that they had a non-smoking policy in place. I also liked the complimentary drinks and breakfast.
Negatives:
I disliked that you had to pay for parking. As guests, we are already paying for accommodation. Also, charging 7 dollars for bottled water is crazy. I can understand having a pack of water in the rooms. Two bottles of water should be complimentary to each room. Beyond that, I agree to pay for extra.

The happy hour was not like other embassy suites I have stayed at, only one red wine to choose from and no cocktails, very disappointing. Bartender was not friendly.

I liked the indoor and outdoor views and the living room and kitchen area. The bedroom was nice and the bed was comfortable, but the pillows were too soft and mushy.
Negatives:
I didn't like the fact that they sent me an email after it was too late to cancel to let me know that pool, fitness center and restaurant were closed and that there was no room service available. I was put in an adjoining room and the people in the other room were e extremely loud. I also didn't like the extra soft mushy pillows.
