Positives: The breakfast was nice. Not having anyone and everyone be able to get upstairs all night was nice, kept noise levels down.

Negatives: I didn’t like that booked a king suite and got a queen and wasn’t told at check in that king suite were sold out. Why let me book a king suite when I can’t get the reason a king suite was booked was because I needed a big bed. Also when I went to show there was a used towel hanging in the shower. So either it was forgotten or the bathroom wasn’t clean and also there was a fork and the table so I don’t really know if my room was cleaned if so it wasn’t cleaned well.

Positives: I have stayed with Embassy Suites for over 20 years I always enjoy the spacious suites and clean facilities and of course the nibbles and cocktails.

Negatives: This happy hour was very weird. There was goldfish and pepper jack cheese cubes with tortilla chips and salsa. The bar was not at the bar it was in a nook and offered very little to choose from and no diet drinks as mixers. The weirdest moment was when the bartender told me they could make grapefruit juice from orange juice??? It is its own fruit. Then I just became concerned completely about the whole happy hour. Other than that wonderful clean and attentive staff.
