The walls in the hotel were so thin that we could hear every conversation from the neighboring room. The rooms themselves were old, and the hotel was clearly short-staffed. There was no room service available for three days, and we ran out of basic supplies like toilet paper and soap, needing to ask multiple times to get them replenished. The gym was in terrible condition, with the temperature set at 75°F, and despite our requests to lower it, nothing was done. On Sunday, there was no chef available to make breakfast. I have never experienced such poor service at a Hilton—it was unbelievable.
