Positives: Great location. Staff were amazing. Lobby was clean and welcoming. Outside was nice. Sitting area was comfortable. Basically quiet rooms.

Negatives: Being charged $12 for a $3 wash & dry (separate wash & dry)(laundry). No Free Complimentary Breakfast. Food was less than desired. Shower lining needs washing, bed (box spring cover) needs replacing, floor/carpet under bed needs deep cleaning. Dust everywhere. No Free Parking. Beds could have been softer as well as better pillows. Microwave was clean or had rust in it.

Positives: The location to see family was good. Location to restaurants and entertainment was good.

Negatives: I booked my stay via Priceline for a set amount but the hotel claimed they didn’t have my reservation even though it was confirmed. The hotel tried to charge me more than I booked for. Very unprofessional customer service.
