The staff working at desk was rude, from the time I pulled up, though I was in the wrong parking, she couldve been a little bit more friendlier to ask me to moveI didnt realize I parked in The veteran reserved space And after I move car It was no type of friendly greeting from her, two steps inside the door, she stated Do you have reservation.. as to say if not why are you here So with all of that, I decided to go else where to spend my money .

Very unprofessional and greedy management. Room service knocked at our door at 9:00 am, though the check out is at 11:00. Very disgusting smelling room and horrible smoking like- non smoking.
