Positives:
Space of the suit was nice even though bathroom was so small you could barely close the door once inside. King mattress was comfortable.
Negatives:
Dark poorly lit hallways, AC barely worked (room went from 75 to 72 degrees over 10 hours), ceiling paint was peeling in room. Building seemed in disrepair (only 1 elevator worked). Staff was grumpy in the morning. Party below echoed up into our 5 th floor room well after we tried to go to bed.

The reception desk was very polite and friendly. They can’t help that the elevators haven’t worked in a while.
The room was very clean.
Negatives:
Two of their four elevators are out of order. We were on the seventh floor. Long waits at elevator so often we had to walk up stairs seven flights instead of waiting in a long line to get an elevator.
The A/C in our room was not working properly.
The microwave turn plate had difficulty spinning. It made all kinds of noise when it spun around.

We had an issue with our room and with Booking.com and wanted to review to say WandaMarie is an exceptional employee at this location. She went above and beyond to help us with our booking until it was resolved. You can tell she really cares about the guests and their experience. She was absolutely wonderful and we are so grateful for her exceptional customer service and kindness.

The outside noise was high given I was next to the stair well and staff cleaning. Heard digital noises and people stomping in the stairwell. They also overcharged me and I had to call booking.com to fix the charge. They charged me more than the room is even worth on Hilton website.

Breakfast was wonderful! Happy hour was wonderful! Hotel amenities great.
Negatives:
The air conditioner was broke! We burned up in our room. We asked to have flickering light bulbs fixed and no one showed up. The bathroom sink drain stopper was broken and my husband had to fix it. The worst was no air!
