The whole property was very clean and warm and welcoming. The room was great, beds super comfortable. The breakfast was better than most, actually good and warm eggs! Staff was excellent. I brought my dog and we were on the first floor which worked out very well. Excellent property and experience.

The bed was comfortable and the shower was very nice. The TV in the room was extremely big and wonderful

Was unable to connect my game console to the TV without having issues with the volume which was inconvenient. At $150 a night it's not the cheapest either but it was nice.

Every time I am in Richmond I book a room at this hotel. The staff has been polite and accommodating. The rooms have always been clean and comfortable. The room rates are good for the location. The hotel is close to shopping, attractions and food.
Negatives:
The breakfast was limited. I would love to see more meat and egg choices.
