The only thing I liked was the location, how close it is to the airport.
Negatives:
First, I didn't like that the floor where my room was located had a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway and it even permeated my bedroom, which is why I had a headache and couldn't sleep. Second, my room was dirty! There was popcorn on the floor and it looked dusty around the edges. Also, the chairs and sofas had dirt stains.

This is an older property, but being maintained. We were there due to a flight cancellation. We arrived at about 3.30am
Extremely weary & frustrated. The desk clerk was so kind & checked us in, allowing a full 24 hour stay so we could sleep as our departing flight wasn’t until 10:00pm the following day.
Decent pool as well.

The staff was the best part. They were accommodating , helpful and friendly. My husband was at work while I was having to pack (lots as we have moved from TX so our vehicles are loaded down until we get our camper ) a staff lady and man brought out to my car a few things I was unable to fit on the cart. That impressed me.
Negatives:
I feel that it was not worth what we paid at all. It is dated, the cleanliness could have been better and the beds were super uncomfortable. Maybe take out the huge desk and add a couch instead with smaller table. Lighten the paint to a pale gray and update the fixtures.

Positives:
This is your standard roadside hotel for those traveling from Dulles. It is functional, the staff are nice, and they have a couple of amenities like a nice gym. The rooms are clean and equipped with the basics that you might need.
Negatives:
It just isn't anything special. The decor is dated, the rooms are dark, and the price is very high for what it is - though, I'm not used to traveling in the United States, I understand prices are astronomical in the US especially since inflation, so in that respect, I suppose the high price for the very basic hotel might be par for the course in the US. A word of warning that on the map it looks quite close to Dulles but you can't walk from the airport - you need to drive.
