Positives:
The room had all the amenities, beds were comfortable and clean. The location was good as we planned to visit the Air and Space Museum. The convenience store was nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle was provided.
Negatives:
The breakfast was good but we had to place an order for the main meal(omelette, bacon, potato) and that was limited. We cannot request for more. That was a little disappointing. Kids wanted more but food was not offered. Only cupcakes, cereal, sweet pastries and juice were available.

Only few things they have a complementary drink and they say it’s only certain hours per day and it’s only alcohol. Otherwise you have to pay full price for it so I said over there four days I never got to have me a drink over there and the parking booking need to mention it’s a paid parking over there, so I didn’t know about it and I think I got a ticket from them maybe the ticket is going to be the cost of the hotel

Over the staffing level was too low even for a lightly booked evening we were there. The managers welcome hour was understaffed as well as the morning breakfast. Won't stay again until staffing is sufficient.

Odd situation at check-in. I had a reservation with confirmation number for that stay. But was told it’s was canceled. Nothing more was explained to me, who, why, when, where. Reinstated my reservation and my weekend went on. I felt as I was targeted, and not a mistake with booking reservation.
