The airport shuttle is great, although can be sometimes busy particularly in the evening with some shuttles sometimes reserved for airlines' staff. The hotel has great facilities including vending machines which are handy when other places are closed. Staff were great both at check in and the shuttle drivers. There's an hourly bus service outside the hotel going between the nearest metro station and the air and space museum which is really handy getting into central DC. Note you can get the shuttle from both 2B and 2G at Dulles although i'd recommend going to 2B to guarantee a seat at busy times.
Negatives:
Rooms aren't cleaned every morning as standard, I would have expected otherwise given its a 4* hilton hotel, although i think you can request it for a fee. The decor of the rooms is noticeably dated and is certainly due a refurbish, despite this its maintained well and clean. I'd argue there is better value for money around Dulles airport and in central DC.
