Positives: I was looking for a hotel close to the airport. This was a great options since they had a pool and a gym. The room was absolutely gorgeous, comfortable and surprising quiet. Plenty of space for one person. Tv that can be rotated from the living room to the bedroom was absolute highlight of my stay. :D For one-two nights perfect.

Negatives: The pool are and hot tub area is quite outdated. I would probably skip that next time.

Positives: The hotel was in a good proximity to the airport. Our flight was cancelled so we booked last minute to spend the night before heading on our new flight the next morning. The hotel staff was attentive and helpful in answering our questions. The rooms were business-standard and were clean and comfortable. The hotel also provided a free shuttle service to the airport every 30 minutes.

Negatives: I asked the receptionist for 2 extra bottles of water but I discovered after leaving that they charged me $ 3 for the bottles. Not a big issue but they could had informed me from the beginning of the extra charge!

Negatives: Mattress needs to be replaced. Bedding/linens starched and uncomfortable; shower drain clogged; Keurig type coffee pot lid broken. The elevators are very slow and only one seemed to be in operation during peak check-in time/evening. I stay at 3 other Hyatts during my stay in California and this was the least favorable. The others were modernized and the bed/bedding was much nicer. Time for this location to be refreshed.
