The bed was very comfortable! I was very happy with the handicapped room accommodations in the bathroom. The temperature/thermostat was perfect and adjusted quickly to meet my needs. I did not have time to eat breakfast before having to leave.
Negatives:
Perhaps a change or shampooing of the carpet in the lobby of Building B. I could smell perhaps smoke or some other odor while in the hallway to my room. However, the smell was not in my actual room.

Positives:
The location was perfect, close to shopping. Included free breakfast, also had a bar and a small workout room.
Negatives:
The first room I was given had holes in the curtains, gum wrapper paper in the floor, and when you opened the door the air was very damp feeling and it had a bad odor. However, the staff was super understanding about it and changed rooms with no issue. Also didn’t like how door A did not close unless you forced it shut, leaving it open for anyone to enter.

I call them before I even booked and on the phone they promised the pool is open and I can enjoy it when I arrive. When I got there they had some issues with one person I'm sure they refused let him take the room. And was police..Been extremely rude and disrespect to other people. So pool was close some cleaning stuff was in water and of course it was close. I wouldn't drive so far and get room there if they told me that.
