The staff was courteous, professional & engaging. Best place to stay if you want to be close to Liberty U and dont need primo accommodations. We appreciate a pet friendly hotel! The bed and pillows were very comfortable, the room was clean.

I have stayed at this hotel often and Shelly is always friendly and helpful.

The Assistant Manager was amazing! She went over and above what she needed to do help us . This hotel is lucky to have her!!

Room was clean, staff pleasant but the facilities are mediocre at best. As basic as basic comes and overpriced. A little surprised that a hotel sitting basically "on the campus" of a beautiful university was so "vanilla" with so few amenities.
