Positives: The only thing I liked about this hotel was the location. My boyfriend and I got this hotel to get away from lifes stressors but when we got in the room we noticed that the room had cockroaches. The bed had stains on the sheets, the bed moved every time.

Negatives: This hotel was nasty I wouldnt stay here again if you paid me. Cockroaches, the hard bed, and the shakey walls.

Positives: The room interior was brand new, modern, very nice! Convenient location, quiet stay.

Negatives: Outside of hotel was almost scary looking, we nearly turned around and left! One of the lobby columns looked like it was about to collapse. There was NO coffee or any type of continental breakfast and I felt there should be for the price. Pool not useable

Office said it would bring a phone and did not..we are homeless and my wife is taking classes college online..she couldn't take her classes because hotels wifi wouldn't work and she lost her student financial aid refund..we had to stay on streets because of hotel and wife spent 11 days in hospital ..pain and suffering

Positives: The only thing I liked was the room looked like the pictures on the website.

Negatives: I did not know that I needed to provide the cleaning supply and then clean the room for my stay. The floors were not swept, the bathroom was not clean, and the room had a bad smell. I understand that the economy is not good for everyone but almost two hundred dollars a night did not match the room nor the stay.
