The staff was friendly.

The room was too small, two people couldn’t walk past each other. The bathroom door wouldn’t close until you were all the way in and stood behind it. We had to ask for more toilet paper and trash bags. The soap dispenser was terrible- both in the shower and at the sink. You got a TINY amount of soap which made it necessary to push the dispenser at least 8-10 times to get just an amount equal to a twenty-five cent piece (quarter).

We had a room on the third floor. The room was clean, but the exterior needed many updates. The stairs were old and looked rusty.
The elevator needs to be cleaned deeply.
The place had garbage all over the exterior. This will be our first and last time using this chain.

Comfortable accommodations. Close to facility we attended

Renovated room was nice. Hot and cold water were plumed backward. No ice bucket - not even at front desk. A/C cover was half off and vibrated so loudly you couldn't hear to talk much less sleep. Took trash can and propped cover on A/C unit. This helped some. Reported to front desk. It was fixed on second day.

We had a non-smoking handicap room. As soon as we opened the door, the smell of cigarette smoke overwhelmed us. We had to stay anyway because we lived too far away and couldn't find an affordable accessible room in the area. The tile in the bathroom was falling off the wall.. The water from the shower ran out into the bathroom floor, causing a fall hazard. There was some kind of splatter running down the microwave. The laps above the bed were at head height when sitting up with your back against the headboard, so my husband kept hitting his head. This is probably the worst hotel room we've stayed in. To beat it all, the lady at the front said she couldn't discount our room because we paid ahead.
