Positives:
We were attending a concert at the Jiffy Lube Live Pavilion. The location was very convenient to that. The 24/7 coffee was great and so was the breakfast The bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows. We got a late checkout time of 1 pm which gave us a leisurely morning after the concert to check out. Overall, it was a nice place.
Negatives:
The bed's mattress was too small for its platform, so my husband had to pull it down every night. The "handicapped tub" had a lot of safety bars, but no pull down seat to sit on while you got your shower. The water pressure was slow and even turning the sprayer didn't help much at all.I was allergic to the scent of the line of soap and shampoo that were in large container in the shower and in the tub. The little grocery store was helpful, but everything was way too expensive. The coffee cups were so.this and spindly you were afraid they would break and the cups were way too hot to carry. The bed's were tall and hard for a handicapped person to get into.

The location was great for the places we visited. It was clean and the staff was friendly.
Negatives:
I wish there was a pool, indoor or out. I checked in on the Hilton app and picked a room on the 4th floor, away from the elevator. After checking in at the front desk, they gave us a room in the 2nd floor right by the elevator. Also, the guests above us were very loud walkers. I think there were kids. The 4th floor wouldn’t have had anyone above us.
