The main entrance automatic doors are broke and require manual intervening

Staff was awesome and the 3rd shift gentleman was too! Cant say the same for the othe!

A couple of the staff wasnt too friendly! Also two nights there were not too good, they had a lady who cried and yelled all night long and the staff knew as they were in contact with her about it.

TV didn't work & front desk was no help 2 lights didn't work A/C blew the fan, but didn't cool the room regardless of temperature we set it at Nothing to put soap on in shower Breakfast was not very good This hotel is a steep price for all this.

Shower was dirty from last occupancy. Second bed had a broken leg, unusable.Handicapped accessibility room but bed was like trying to climb on Mt.Everest,getting over the frame of the door with my walker nearly impossible! No microwave or refrigerator!

It was not very clean. The room needed to be painted. It looked like they started and never finished. No Microwave or fridge in the room. No shelf in the shower stall to put shampoo, soap, etc. Elevator was dirty.

automatic Front doors didn't work. no internet in first room i was given. they had to move me to another room. Room had a musty odor. AC was extremely noisy.

The front door you had to grab them and slide them apart manually because they didn't work. The room had no refrigerator or microwave, and the security latch was broken Calling this a three-star hotel and charging the price they do is ridiculous.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a handicapped room and shower. The shower chair was tremendously helpful for my Veteran severely handicapped son. It's not the Ritz but it's still an excellent and quiet place.

Need later checkout service for those of us needing extra time. I am over 70 years old and my Veteran son is severely handicapped so extra time would have been a blessing.
