I booked in advance and wasn’t told until I was already in my room that my door lock is broken and that in order to shut the door all the way there has to be someone in the room to open door from the inside. No other rooms available. When we got to room the door was open and door/frame looked like it had been forced open at some point. My daughter and I were a little scared, and I had to search the room to make sure no one in it. That’s when someone showed up to give me the great news. They said that I could call the manager on Monday and probably get a discount. We had to take our stuff back to the car when we left to get dinner and leave our door open and room unattended while we were away. There was also like an inch to inch and a half gap from bottom of the door to the floor- the door to get into the room. Blanket had dark gray/blackish stains.

It was extremely poor. We checked in after 10 hours of travel and stayed for maybe 20 minutes before realizing that our door was broken and would not lock. We went downstairs and asked the front desk for maintenance to come and they said there was no maintenance available and then we asked for a different room which he then said they were booked. After that we asked for a refund for the room because we did not feel comfortable staying in a room that the door would not lock. (Deadbolt didn't work nor did the card reader). We were denied a refund because we booked using a third party. I called the manager's number on the card 3 times, and she has not gotten back to me.
