The staff were welcoming, they gave us cookies that was nice! The staff also when called responded pretty quickly to the issues in the room I was assigned to that had issues. The environment of the lobby was really pretty and clean, nice decorations.
Negatives:
I did not like that I was checked into a room that was bot checked for issues before giving me the room. My room hall light was not working, the cable also was not working. These are things I feel a hotel should fix before my stay

The A/C in the room was VERY loud, it would wake us up every time it turned on. Needless to say, we didn't sleep very well.

Washroom & amenities which was good. Faucet nice & working. Enough towels.
Negatives:
No water. May be it's hotel policy that I am not aware. When asked for water at reception, I was directed to a store to buy in a very rude manner like I am begging. No restaurant in hotel, may be it's hotel policy as being first time I am not aware.
