I actually had a massive issue about my last night of stay with the hotel. Everything was perfect and comfortable, but last night, I went to get some water downstairs around 01:30 a.m., I think, and noticed one man was checking out the restaurant. Once I finished refilling my bottle, I saw the same man checking out the gym facility, so I ignored it. There was nobody at the reception at the time. As I was walking back to the elevator, there was another man lying down on the sofa facing the wall and his hand in his shorts. I felt unsafe, so I ran to the elevator and asked my bf to call the reception and alert them. They called us back to tell us that security was called, and they were kicked out the premises. I booked Doubletree because I know it's a well-known hotel, security was my least concern, and yet something like this happened. I believe this is unacceptable
I sent an email to the manager on duty and didn't get any response. I am very disappointed about your lack of communication. Also, we didn't get the deposit money back. I didn't get any answer, nothing until now.
