I've been to this location countless times, and it's been a nice experience.
Negatives:
When I got to my room. The TV didn't work. And both the desk and end table had food crumbles on them. It was a Saturday evening. I tried to use the app to order food, and it didn't work, so we had to go out to eat.

We was switched rooms 3 times in one night. Not really offered anything for the inconvenience of having to keep being moved. One of the rooms was dusty with no heat at all. My wife said the last room had fleas in the bed. Should have got a refund and went to another hotel. Was just too much to drive for 3hrs to there and be let down. Hotel restaurant food why too high for the extra small amount of food.

The breakfast was good and the staff served us well in restaurant.

We were checked in the first room which was very dust and had not been cleaned for who knows how many days. Then we were moved to another of the same condition. I wondered do these staff check rooms before they check people in?? Then we were finally checked into another room which had to be cleaned first. It took them over 45 minutes to make the room ready. Then going into the room, we didn't expect Hilton to have such basic poorly designed rooms. For $326/night, the room was far below standard. The hotel is over rated on accommodation wise. The price should have been $100/night. To make matters worse, this was my wife's birthday gift! Oh well next time I know where not to take my wife to!

The room was very comfy, spacious, good bathroom counter space, good TV, fridge and blackout curtains. No noise heard despite facing the entrance/parking. The breakfast is absolutely worth it and should be booked with room. Also loved the Starbucks is 5-mins walking distance.
Negatives:
The gym has no view/frosted window. Also, there could have been water bottles available at the gym. Also, for some reason Housekeeping forgot to clean my room!
