Wish the bed was better...
Positives:
The room itself was very modern. I loved the wireless charging options that the room offered. My favorite part of the room was the shower. I was amazing. Everything was clean. The bed was comfy. The air conditioning worked very well even though it was hot and humid that day. Loved the keyless entry option to the room through the Hilton app. I was able to give my friends access to my key.
Negatives:
I wish breakfast was included in the price. That would have been nice. The ice machine on my floor was also out of service. I had to go to several floors before I was able to find a working ice machine.

Everything was very clean, the room was very spacious, and the staff were very nice. The bed was perfect as well, not too hard, and the pillows were fluffy as a cloud.

Could have used a microwave but not a deal breaker.

Good location, some staff was nice and helpful.

The rooms are extremely noisy. The whole hotel is designed with a loud bar in the centre with noise travelling across all floors. The walls are thin. First night I could not sleep at all until they closed the bar at midnight. You hear people screaming, but also all your neighbours. When I called the reception to help, they were quite rude about it. They must make good money off the bar. She didnt even suggest ear plugs or soemthing.The room was not very clean (hair in the sink, visible dust in corners etc.). The pool is cold.
