Positives: Forget the breakfast. Nasty bugs crawling everywhere on sidewalk or squished all over.

Negatives: A real breakfast bar with cereal and milk, juice, toast with butter and jelly, a couple choices of fresh fruit. Hot coffee that tasted good.

Positives: The location was good if you’re looking for something affordable near Shenandoah or the George Washington National Forest. Room was clean, but in desperate need of updates.

Negatives: Everything was old, extremely old. No plugs on the lamps and wall plugs not properly installed. Furniture was worn and the bathroom was horrible doesn’t appear to have been updated or even have proper maintenance in years. Towels were stained and scratchy. heat but no AC.

Negatives: Dirty, unkempt rooms. Stains and cigarettes burn holes in the sheets. We had literally a broken mirror and killed a roach the first night there in our bathroom. EXTREMELY sad excuse for “breakfast.” Granola bar, crackers, banana, and a tiny water. We had to go out to eat somewhere else which we were trying to avoid doing by booking a hotel with “breakfast.”
