The room was comfy and looked clean.
Negatives:
Horrible customer service the clerks were rude. No towels or wash clothes in the room. I had to beg for housekeeping services twice to be turned down. I was told to bring dirty linens downstairs. I was not doing it after I requested services. The male clerk asked me if I could follow directions at check-in and slide my credit card across the desk. He was very snappy. Trash outside the room because lack of housekeeping services. I left my stay early.

Next morning no hot water, after speaking back and forth with front desk 90 minutes, was finally given a new room. Had to move and lost a lot of time from our vacation. No compensation for this fiasco was offered

I was told when checking in that the hotel is new, but our bathroom was pretty rundown and there were missing tiles. The bathtub seem to be permanently stained. I wouldn’t have felt comfortable with my children taking a bath in that.

The breakfast was mediocre, waffle mix every day, and it was lacking variety. Reservation was for 4 guests, and there were only 3 bath towels(with stains). There were no sofa bed sheets in the room.bacl and side doors exits were left open at all times, permitting anyone to enter the building whenever, unsafe!

I loved everything about this room. I believe it’s been recently renovated— it was worth every dollar spent! Wall to floor mirror & the bathroom was very clean and the lighting in there was very nice too. I enjoyed my stay. I literally didn’t want to check out. The breakfast was great too.

Property was in basically a secluded area. Entrance was nice. The only good thing was the bed.

Lobby was hot. No A/C in lobby. First arrive to check in - asked attendant is the room clean - he responded- he would not give me a dirty room. That the hotel was newly renovated. There was cracks in the sink, hole in wall behind toilet, bath had stains, water in sink slowly drained out, attendant plunged the sink yet same result. He left black stuff in the sink after plunging. TV channels sucked. Trash behind/under nightstand, ballon behind seating chair.
