Between Thursday, May 2nd, 2024 at midnight and Saturday, May 4th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Saturday, May 4th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 4, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Negatives: One of the worst hotels in Newport News Virginia, Doors don’t lock, and the staff keeps opening my door with a key even with the no disturbing sign on the door , then Apologized saying they ain’t know , after they just opened it hours ago and we argued about it …. Another thing extra fees. Talking about some 10$ for a “hotel” fee .. breakfast terrible they only have cereal and 1 waffle machine but no waffle mix they bring it out at 9 even though breakfast start at 6 . Just down right terrible DONT COME HERE!!!
