Positives:
The room was clean, only a small amount of noise from other guests in adjoining rooms, the employees were friendly and happy to help/accomodate.
Negatives:
The air conditioner was an old style a/c, it was cold or warm, no in-between. It was obvious that the bathroom vent was not new by the painted over and bent cover. My room was supposed to have a wheelchair accessible shower, it did not. Take out the carpet. The pool did not look like it was available to use, I didn't ask.

The breakfast was fair. Some items were depleted and not regularly replaced. The location was perfect for the purpose of my trip.
Negatives:
The staff had a very loud and verbal altercation one morning in the lobby that drew much attention from visitors and other employees. I almost called the police but it ended with no physical contact that I could see.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were super clean and bed was very comfortable. Hotel area was safe. There were plenty of parking spots around. Even though we didn`t use the pool, it looked fine.

Breakfast was awful because the products were empty and nobody refilled them for a long time. The breakfast area was small and dirty.
