Under construction, I was not made aware of that, asked for handicap room, on 1st floor, got first floor,room was not handicap equipped,mattress was very low, this is not the Hampton chain that I knew a few years ago. Do yourself a favor and book another place,you'll be glad you did.

The hotel was under construction, which we were unaware of when I booked it. The staff were fine/nice and the room was clean but the air conditioning was leaking and we had a huge puddle in our room. The grab and go breakfast was just what we needed.

The downside was this hotel is currently under construction. It's going through a major update. Our stay in one of the updated rooms was nice. Grab and go breakfast was enough to hold us until we found a restaurant. Felt terrible for check-in staff who had to keep explaining that the hotel website states it's under construction, 3rd party vendors like booking.com however do not. He was an ace at being cordial about it.

The front desk ladies were extremely rude and did not make anyone feel welcome when we walked in. She had a straight face the whole time and we had to call the front desk on the phone multiple times to even get her to come out to the desk. Just very rude.

It was advertised as having a whirlpool tub and there is none the shower had no hot water and there was no heat in the room, told lady at front desk she offered to move me to another room she then gave me the master key to the entire hotel to go check the room alone and when I entered the new room at 11:45 to check the room there was someone already in the room who proceeded to try and attack me upon returning to front desk and trying to explain to lady what just happened to me she began to get very nasty with me for her not following policy
