The breakfast wasn't breakfast -- tea or coffee and a cereal bar. Why bother saying 'breakfast included' ?

The accommodations were scungy. Long ago spills stained the floor, various places on the walls and the tiles in the bathroom. There were dead insects on the counter and the bathtub was dirty.
