I had no heat and I am a member who do not complain but it's already cold outside and I got a room Tuesday December 20 heat was working when first got in during the night it stopped only pushin out cold would love some of my money back experience was bad.

The location was good and I was not far from where my car was parked. There were restaurants within walking distance.

The bed had dried leaves under the bedspread and a wad of hair on the floor. The bathroom was clean except for around the edges where it looked dirty. The front door had a gap at the bottom that was letting cold air in. The refrigerator was not cold.

My phone wouldnt call out. Tv stopped working several times. Housekeeping came to my room at 8am, I checked in at 11pm. The toilet was dirty and the room was in disrepair.

Heat didnt work. Said no other handicap rooms. But there were two up front unoccupied! Took regular room.too far to walk, no grab rails in bathroom.. Sidewalk was filthy. A piece of a used finger splint on sidewalk broken lawn chairs sitting around.

Room 102. Ripped screen in window , cabinet in bathroom had vinyl peeling off; coffee maker I was given didnt work, fork was given had a broken that ne, everything was bare and unwelcoming, so much so that I question how they scored what they did.
